Your public brand, on Pro

A public About Me page at your own venuecue.live address, an embeddable widget for your website with a live “requests are open” button, and public event pages your followers can check for what is on next. All built and ready.

Pro also builds an AI prompt from your upcoming events — your dates, venues and times, already written up, with guardrails telling the AI not to invent any — to paste straight into ChatGPT, Canva AI or Adobe Firefly for a shareable graphic. VenueCue writes the prompt; the design tool of your choice renders the picture.

Questions

Is this DJ software?

No. VenueCue™ is an event-management companion app — it organizes requests, Set Lists, queues, displays, and history around the show you run. It isn’t playback or streaming software.

Do I need a music license?

Yes — you’re responsible for your own music, files, playback software, and licensing. VenueCue™ never provides, stores, or licenses music.

What happens after the trial?

Solo and Pro include a 7-day free trial, which starts when you choose your plan — you have 7 days after signing up to choose one. Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged; otherwise your plan continues month to month.

Can I change or cancel?

Anytime, from your account. Upgrades and downgrades take effect on your next cycle.

Is line dancing required?

Not at all. Line dance is a strong use case, but VenueCue™ works for karaoke, weddings, bar nights, and general DJ events too.

How do payments work?

Subscriptions are securely processed by PayPal. VenueCue™ never sees or stores your card details.

Billing

Cancellation & refunds

Cancel anytime. When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of your current paid billing period and won’t renew — so you’re not charged again. Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. Refunds may be provided at our discretion for duplicate charges, billing errors, accidental renewals, or significant service issues. See the Terms of Service for full details.

Music disclaimer. VenueCue does not provide, stream, license, upload, store, or distribute music. DJs are responsible for music licensing, music files, playback software, and third-party service compliance.

Prices are in USD and may exclude applicable taxes. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Free trials apply to new subscribers on eligible plans; cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Features marked “Soon” are in development, are not guaranteed by any date, and are included within your plan tier at no additional cost when released. Payments are securely processed by PayPal; VenueCue does not receive or store your card details. VenueCue™ is an event-management companion app, not DJ playback or streaming software.
